Part of the Morro Bay Covid Sessions

Recorded with scratch drums first, in a cold garage, mid-March.

Guitar and bass were recorded in the middle of the night in the empty house.

I laid down some tender vocals in the downstairs bedroom around the same time, late at night, thinking of a narrative that would go with the indie tune, which is where the lyrics came from.

Drums were later overdubbed, nearly a thousand miles away in Boise, 3 months later. I'm not pleased with the drum recording, but it's all that I've got. It's a fairly catchy tune, that's all that matters.
